Do you love dairy? This class makes your favorite dairy easy and delicious! Learn to make your own dairy kefir, yogurt, creme fraiche, yogurt/kefir cheese, buttermilk, cultured butter, ghee, and ricotta cheese with easy to find ingredients. There will be samples of everything to taste and you will leave with complete instructions on how to make everything we cover at home in your own kitchen!
All except the ricotta are fermented foods and important to add to your diet to stay happy and healthy. Come learn how to make them yourself and enjoy the benefits and delicious flavors you can only get from live fermented foods.

Free parking with security. To park drive under the outdoor bridge between the two buildings and park in the rear. Enter the building on the right (where the Pegasus statue is) and take the elevator to the second level. Cross the outdoor bridge to enter the Multi Purpose Room.
